According to him, he is so connected to his studio that he sometimes “cries” whenever he is away at other places.

The ‘Ayoo’ hit maker admitted that he often misses Shatta Michy, but added that he misses his studio more when he travels.

“I am away from the studio when I travel. I cry like… Sometimes I miss Shatta Michy but I miss the studio more,” Shatta Wale said on the Trffick Avenuw show on Citi FM.

The dancehall artiste and his baby have had a frosty relationship in recent months, with the pair even breaking up.

However, recent reports suggest they may have patched up their differences and could be back together anytime soon.

Having stated that he misses his studio more than Shatta Michy, Shatta Wale was quick to add that they are cool together.

“We’re good by God’s grace. We’re pray for everything that we’re doing so me sometimes I don’t have problem,” he noted.

Shatta Wale is currently promoting his latest album, titled ‘Reign’, which is set to be released on October 13.
