Ex-Black Stars player reveals the secret to his physique

Former Black Stars captain, Stephen “Tornado” Appiah, has revealed that regular exercise is the panacea for his fit physique which his wife admires.

In an interview the ex-Black Stars player confirmed his participation in next month’s “Celebrity Workout”– an event organized by event powerhouse, Primeval Media, and further expressed his admiration for being fit although he has restrictions regarding his time.

Tornado has been a regular at “Accra Works Out” and is a dedicated member although it has been replaced by “Celebrity Workout”.

The football sensation joins a growing list of celebrities – Gloria Sarfo, Salma Mumin, Evelyn Addo, Okyeame Kwame, DKB, etc. – who have confirmed participation in the “Celebrity Workout”.

“Celebrity Workout” is a three-hour aerobics session with celebrities, keep-fit clubs and private individuals at the Aviation Social Centre on Saturday, 23rd September 2017.

Participants will enjoy some good dance music whilst they are breaking a sweat, be treated to healthy bites and free medical screening after the programme.

The event is powered by Primeval Media, an event organizing company, with support from Acacia Medical Center.
