Stonebwoy wins Best Reggae/Dancehall artiste in Africa at 2018 AFRIMA

Stonebwoy was declared the Best Reggae/Dancehall artiste in African at the just ended 2018 AFRIMA which took place at the International Conference Centre.

The BHIM Nation CEO was in tight competition with Shatta Wale, Burna Boy (Nigeria), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania), DJ Moh Green (Algeria), Jah Prayzah (Zimbabwe), Mzvee (Ghana), Patoranking (Nigeria), Roberto (Zambia), Sauti Sol (Kenya), Shatta Wale (Ghana) and Van (Morroco).

Declaring the winner was actress Salma Mumin.

The “Baafira” hitmaker gave a short speech saying that ;the award is for us all even  though it’ll lie in his house.'

He noted that he has 'deep believe that music originated from Africa. So the awards is for us all.'
