Cancious Ochieng Abich from Kenya recently used his long and big pair of trousers to ease the tension that characterised a by-election voting exercise in Kibra, an electoral constituency in Nairobi County.
Reports say the man had gone to the polling station to cast his vote just like other electorate but his unique official look alone diverted attention from the entire electoral process momentarily, as people abandoned the voting to cheer him up and interact with him.
Hilariously, Ochieng Abich who appeared wearing an official shirt with a long pair of trousers tied up in his chest could not cast his vote because his name was missing in the voters' register.

He said although he failed to exercise his franchise, having eased the tension in the polling environment with his unique fashion sense was fulfilling enough.
He told newsmen at the scene that he has other similar clothing in his wardrobe, explaining that it is his style.
