Fire burns down big church completely, but every single Bible remains intact (photos)

Firefighters from the Coal City Fire Department in West Virginia, U.S have revealed how shocked they were when they arrived at the Freedom Ministries Church in Grandview which was seriously blazing.

Reports say the fire was so devastating that the firefighters had to retreat at a point for their own safety.

But what left them dumbfounded was the fact that, despite the building being razed down, every single Bible in the chapel remained unburnt.

When they were going through the wreckages, the firefighters did not expect to see anything left, because of the intensity of the fire that gutted the church.

Writing in a Facebook post, the Coal City Fire Department said: “In your mind, everything should be burned, ashes. Not a single bible was burned and not a single cross was harmed!!”

“Though the odds were against us, God was not,” the fire department added as they try to figure out what could have caused the fire outbreak.
