College baseball player shot dead while playing Pokemon
Report has it that the killing was unprovoked, as there was no confrontation between the deceased and his assailant.
According to the L.A. Times, the incident happened on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at a park in San Francisco.
The deceased, who is a student at San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, was on a look-out for Pokemon alongside a friend when he was killed.

This was disclosed by John Kirby, a friend of Riley.
He said, “From what we know, there was no confrontation,”
"There was nothing said back and forth. It was just senseless … just came up and shot in the back and ran away for nothing.”
Pokemon is a fictional game developed by Niantic for iOS and Android devices, which currently has a large global patronage.
