The thief said in the letter which has gone viral online that he was left with no option but to steal the student’s laptop, saying he needed money badly.

In a rather bizarre manner, the thief said in the letter which has gone viral online that, he was left with no option but to steal the student’s laptop, saying he needed money badly.

He also offered to send all the files on the machine to the student.

As if that was not shocking enough, he further offered an opportunity to the student to inform him if he or she has any outstanding school fees so he can help pay them.

The letter has gone viral and attracted a lot of reactions after it was posted on social media by a twitter user identified as @StevieBlessed.
