The former Beauty Queen established her foundation, cloth & com project, (Clothing and Community) some years ago to provide basic amenities to people in deprived communities.

Talking about the challenges, she added that, “this sustainable project would vary depending on the most pressing basic need of the community eg. Provision of boreholes for access to good drinking water, provision of school structures etc.

This aspect of the project, however, hasn’t taken off yet due to lack of funds. We are currently undertaking the clothing aspect while working on ways to raise enough funds to undertake the aforementioned”.

Eirene disclosed that “the project has benefited over 5000 individuals so far from different deprived communities in the Eastern region, Northern Region and Volta Region.

We recently donated to a community called Poponya in the Yilo Krobo District and also

successfully reached out to the people of Tugu in the Northern Region”..
