Mr. Kofi Addo Agyekum, the Vice President of the Ghana Arm Wrestling Federation, has advised members of the Ghana national arm wrestling team, Golden Arms, to abstain from sex totally, in order to excel at the upcoming Africa Arm-Wrestling Championship.

Mr Agyekum did make the point that the arm wrestlers will lose a lot of energy if they engage in sexual intercourse before and during the tournament, especially as they need the energy to compete for the event.
