The insurgents attacked six communities in the country which shares a border with Nigeria, where the sect commonly operates.

Boko Haram terrorists have killed three people in Cameroon, the country’s defence ministry has said.

A source told AFP:

“Six attacks were carried out almost simultaneously on Sunday.”

The Cameroonian President, Paul Biya has vowed to wipe out the sect completely after being forced to negotiate for the release of 27 hostages taken by the sect in Cameroon.

Meanwhile Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau appeared in a new video where he is seen preaching to his fighters in what he claims is now the sect’s caliphate.
