• As a customer, you are not expected to take any action to enjoy your service on Airtel and Tigo. Just continue doing what you were doing before the merger.

• Your SIM card will not change. You will still enjoy all the services you currently have on Airtel and Tigo.

• Your airtime and data bundles will not be affected. you will still enjoy all the benefits you currently enjoy

• On your Tigo Cash and Airtel Money, your funds are safe and secure. You can continue to use your Airtel Money and Tigo Cash to pay for goods and services as you did before.

• You don’t need to buy a new SIM card because your current SIM card/phone number will not change.

• If you have already registered your SIM card, you don’t need to re-register. You only register if you have not done that already.
