1. Why Save for Gold?

Fidelity Bank launched the ‘Save for Gold Promotion’ as a means of rewarding its loyal customers both existing and new. It is a means of inculcating the savings culture in our customers and also get them to realize the profound benefits that come with savings. According to the bank, they want to make Ghanaians realize the actual value of gold and a unique experience in savings.

2. What Is the Duration of the promotion?

The Promotion is being run over a maximum period of six (6) months (1st September 2015 to 29th February 2016).

 3. Who can be part of the promotion?

  • New and Existing customers of Fidelity Bank.
  • Persons 18 years and above. Accounts held in Trust are excluded
  • Members of staff and their family are NOT eligible to take part in the promotion.

4. What is required of eligible customers to qualify for the promotion?

New customers would be required to open a Current or Savings account with a minimum deposit of GH¢300 or multiples of it, maintain it for at least one month to stand the chance of winning in a monthly draw. If the qualified amount is maintained for the subsequent months and throughout the promo period, it qualifies for the remaining monthly draws as well as the grand draw.

Existing customers would be required to top up their account balance with a minimum of GH¢300 or multiples of it, to stand the chance of winning in both the monthly and grand draws.

 5. How can one increase his or her chance of winning?

Save More: every GH¢300 deposited qualifies for one chance or coupon, thus GH¢300 qualifies for one coupon, 600 for two coupons and 900 for 3 coupons. This means, the higher the amount, the greater your chance of winning.

Save over a longer Period:  the longer the period you maintain your money, the greater the chances of winning in the subsequent monthly draws and even the grand draw, that is if the amount is maintained till the final draw.

6. How do I know I am in the run for a particular draw?

All participants will receive an electronic notification (SMS) at the beginning of each monthly draw and also before the grand draw. The SMS will indicate to the participant the number of winning tickets he/she is entitled to and the amount being entered. 7. What are the prizes to be won in the monthly draw? 17 winners will be selected each month in the mini draws.

The 6th monthly draw will be used to select the final 20 winners for the Grand Presentation. The final draw will also include new money (GHS300 or multiples of it) deposited and maintained for that month.

7. What are the prizes to be won in the monthly draw?

8. What are the prizes to be won in the Grand Presentation?

9. Which accounts are eligible?
