He stated that the party will need two million votes from the Ashanti Region alone in order to retain power during the 2024 elections adding that he is the only person who could help the party to secure such votes.

Alan promises to give NPP 2 million votes in Ashanti Region
Alan Kyerematen, a flagbearer aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has promised to help the party secure two million votes in the Ashanti Region in the 2024 general elections.

Speaking at Bidieso in Obuasi in the Ashanti Region as part of his campaign tour, Alan said he is the preferred candidate who could gain more votes in the Volta Region which is the stronghold of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The NPP has set November 4, 2023, as the date for its presidential primaries to select a flag bearer for the general election in 2024.
