Nana Oye Lithur to contest NDC parliamentary primaries?
Ms. Oye Lithur said she would be eyeing either the Shama, Odododiodoo, Krowor or Akropong seats.
Speaking on Accra based Joy FM, Ms. Oye Lithur said she would be eyeing either the Shama, Odododiodoo, Krowor or Akropong seats.
“I’m interested in contesting but not this time…Actually, I’m spoilt for choice. It could be Greater Accra; it could be Eastern; it could be Western Region. It could be Shama, it could be Odododiodio, it could be Nungua Krowor or Akropong. So I’m actually spoilt for choice,” she said.
However, earlier in June, there were rumours that Nana Oye Lithur has declared her intentions to contest for the Odododiodio seat in the Greater Accra Region, which she later denied.
But, in a twist of events, when asked when she intended to pick her forms, Nana Oye Lithur had this to say, “Let’s see how it goes. We’ll see how it goes. Watch this space”.
