Ghana international and Aston Villa forward Jordan Ayew has heaped praises on teammate Rudy Gestede ahead of their Premier League game against Norwich City.
Jordan and Rudy’s partnership has blossomed and the Ghanaian star believes the improvement in performances from his Aston Villa side will make them start winning games.
Jordan Ayew scored from the spot to secure a point for his Villa side in the game against West Ham on Boxing Day after scoring a screamer in the previous one against Newcastle United.
But the former Lorient man knows his partnership with Rudy Gestede is key to Villa.

Jordan Ayew said of his teammate:
“Up front with Rudy, we understand each other really well. He is a very good friend of mine and is perfect for me.
“He did a great job and I am happy for him. He is good in the air, he keeps the ball and I have the chance to go left on the right. I like playing with Rudy and we need to keep it up.”
The Black Stars forward who has scored five Premier League goals for Aston Villa this season is also looking to take all points as his team prepares to face Norwich City.
Jordan said ahead of the game:
“We are going to win games if we continue playing like this. We have to just keep on believing and working hard.
“I know things will change. We have two important games coming up and we have to get points.
“It is an important game and we have to get points from Norwich and keep on doing what we are doing since the second half at Newcastle and today.
“We have to get points.”
