Grant to throw in Andy Yiadom against Cranes ?

Barnsley defender Andy Yiadom could be handed a competitive debut for the Black Stars against Uganda when the two teams clash in Port GentIl.

Yiadom, a recent call up to the team is said to have impressed Grant with his energy and form and the Israeli tactician could throw him in at the expense of the more experienced Harrison Afful.

The form of both of Ghana’s full backs has been a worry in recent months with the absent Jeffrey Schlupp also failing to displace Baba Rahman on the left side through a poor patch of form.

Grant is not expected to make any other significant changes in his line up as he looks for a positive result a team that has frustrated him severally in his short tenure as head coach of Ghana .
