Star forward set to become Arsenal’s highest earning player

Arsenal are set to make their star forward, Alexis Sanchez the best paid player with a new long term deal.

The Chile international joined Arsenal in 2014 on a £130,000-per-week contract.

Arsenal however are ready to hand the star a new contract worth over £150,000-per-week which will make him the highest earning player at the club.

Midfielder Mesut Ozil at £140,000-per-week best paid player at Arsenal.

Arsenal are looking to tie their best players to long term deals and have made Sanchez their number one priority.

Ozil according to reports will also be offered new a new contract although there won’t be a huge increase on his wages.

Sanchez scored a brace in Arsenal's 3-0 win over Manchester United in their last English Premier League game.

He continued his good form scoring for Chile in their 2-0 win over Brazil in a 2018 Word Cup qualifiers.
