Bayer Leverkusen officials were in Italy on Friday to meet their Sassuolo counterparts to discuss the transfer of Alfred Duncan.

According to Sport Mediaset, Sassuolo are willing to let Duncan leave.
The German club made the Ghana midfielder one of their top targets as their new manager Tayfun Korkut wants reinforcement in his midfield next season.
The 24-year-old has been in the top form the past two seasons with Sassuolo. He played came on in the second half in Sassuolo's 1-2 home defeat to Lazio.
Duncan, is a former Inter Milan youth player, and has had experiences from loan spells at Livorno and Sampdoria.
