Obinim’s followers protested against the preacher’s arrest but the Police managed to disperse them with water cannons and batons.

Police have moved Bishop Daniel Obinim to an undisclosed location following his arrest for allegedly defrauding a man of GHC11.6 million.

The embattled pastor was sent from the Police Headquarters to the new place on Wednesday after his followers gathered at the Police head office in Accra demanding his release.
Meanwhile the lawyer for the pastor, Mr Samuel Atta Akyea, has said that his client knows nothing about the alleged fraud.
