Black Stars captain, Andre Dede Ayew has confirmed that his Instagram account has been taken over by hackers.

His family also confirmed that his IG account has been hacked.

Andre’s current club, Swansea City announced the hack on Twitter and stated that efforts were being made to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, Andre Ayew's Instagram account has been hacked.

Andre Ayew’s Instagram account has over 425,000 followers.

The account was hacked on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. The hackers changed Andre’s profile picture and replaced it with a picture of the logo of Turkish side Fenerbache.

The name of the profile has also been changed to ‘Andre Ayew MOPAO’, which means ‘Andre Ayew Boss/Master’ while the account’s handle has also been altered.
