Blackberry has announced the unveiling of its newest device called the BlackBerry Leap.

This announcement was made at the undefined.

“The BlackBerry Leap is an affordable all-touch smartphone in a modern and powerful design that is built for career builders and companies who value security and privacy when pushing their productivity to the next level,” Blackberry stated in a press statement.

Like rumours about Blackberry’s next device stated, the BlackBerry Leap does look a lot like the BlackBerry Z3 with the rear camera area borrowed from the BlackBerry Classic.

Specwise, you get a 5″ HD display 1280 x 720 HD resolution, 294 PPI, 8MP Rear camera, 16GB of expandable storage and a 2800mAh battery that promises battery life in the 25hr region according to BlackBerry. BlackBerry is pricing the device at $275 (N55,000).
