Brunel??will step down following the Six Nations and take up a role as??Bordeaux-Begles' forwards coach.

And Castrogiovanni,??whose record haul of 118 Italy caps??was equalled by skipper Sergio Parisse last weekend,??returns from a two-week??suspension to take his place in the front row for Saturday's game in Cardiff.

Italy, who are already certain to pick up the wooden spoon, have also recalled fly-half??Tommaso Allan, centre Andrea Pratichetti and??locks??Quintin Geldenhuys and Valerio Bernabo as they deal with an increasingly lengthy injury list. Zebre flanker Jacopo Sarto could make his debut from the bench.
