Chelsea midfielder enjoys vacation with babymama

Cesc Fabregas is making sure he is spending time with his family during his post season break.

After a hectic and successful season with Chelsea, the Spanish midfielder joined up with his national team for the Euro 2016 qualifier with Belarus.

This week however the midfielder is enjoying the sun at Spanish destination Ibiza with pregnant partner Daniella Semaan.

The couple, who are parents to two-year-old daughter Lia, posed for a photograph as they chilled out on a sun lounger.

Daniella is expecting her second child for the former Barcelona player.
