Samia Nkrumah congratulates celebrities over dumsor protest

Samia Yabah Nkrumah, Chairperson of the Convention People’s Party has congratulated the celebrities for organising the protest against the power crisis dubbed: #DumsorMustStop.

Samia in a Facebook post said, she has thrown her weight behind the actions of the celebrities adding that Ghana must be liberated from the economic mismanagement that has led us to darkness.

“We wish our conscious celebrities well in tonight's vigil. We salute you for your courage in taking this bold step. Tonight you're the voice of the people.

“Ghana must be liberated from the economic mismanagement that has led us to darkness and dependency. You have our support!.”

However, all is set for the much anticipated vigil to come off as scheduled at 4pm.
