Crvena Zvezda (7-4), who trailed 49-30 early in the third quarter, require just one win from their remaining three Top-16 fixtures in Group E to clinch a spot in the next round.

Stefan Jovic top-scored for Crvena Zvezda with 16 points while adding seven assists and five rebounds, while Marko Simonovic posted all of his 12 points in the final quarter via four three-pointers.
