The new phrase that has gone viral overnight is the world 'dadbod'. What exactly does this new term mean?

Well after a bit of investigation, the word 'dadbod' refers to the body shape of adult male who doesn't have the physique of a body builder, and isn't a fat slouch either, the fine line between six pack and a big belly.

A man with a dadbod is a man who has a bit of beer belly but still looks good naked and not horrible when sending nudes. It's the term used for a man who doesn't care to hit the gym but is an okay shape.

The word flew round the Internet in the last 48 hours with several posting pictures of their dadbod.

The pressure to get the gladiator physique seems to have eased off a little. Now you can let the stomach hang...just a little.
