Akufo Addo takes campaign to Eastern region

The presidential nominee of the New Patriotic Party Nana Akufo Addo has began a five-day tour of the Eastern Region.

“I'm beginning a 5-day tour of the Eastern Region from today. I'll tour a total of 19 constituencies within the period. #AriseForChange” He tweeted.

Nana Addo has already toured the Greater Accra and Central regions.

He will be joined by the regional executives of the party, members of his campaign team and  some parliamentary aspirants from the region.

With five months to the general elections the presidential nominees have already began campaigning ahead of the EC approved July date.

President Mahama is also in Kumasi on his "Accounting to the People tour"
