The Director of Communication of the People’s National Convention (PNC) Emmanuel Wilson has said that the General Secretary of the party must be blamed for the party’s disqualification in the upcoming December polls.

Wilson argued on Accra-based Citi FM that per the constitution of the party the General Secretary was the head of administration and therefore has to attach some importance to the filling of the nomination forms.

He expressed shock that a party like the PNC has been disqualified for such 'administrative lapses' especially considering the party's history.
