An Accra High Court has adjourned a defamation suit by the president of Ghana Football Association (GFA) president Kwesi Nyantakyi against two Accra based sports journalist.
The two Patrick Osei Agyeman popularly referred to as Songo and Kofi Asare Brako aka Abatay are alleged to have made comments maligning the FA president.

The parties are expected back in court on the 9th of November, 2016.
Kwesi Nyantakyi is demanding $2m for defamation.
The case is entitled 'Kwesi Nyantakyi versus Patrick Osei Agyemang, Kofi Asare Brako and Multimedia Limited'.

The GFA boss is suing the Countryman Songo, Abatay and the media company for ‘years of consistent lies and calculated negative campaigns.’
The defendants have since filed their witness statements for the court to start hearing the case. All the parties were present in court.
