Dauda was at the post match conference after his side Ashgold failed to qualify for the final of the First Trust G6 tournament when they could only manage a draw with Kotoko when victory would have earned them the final spot.

The first question to Dauda was “you are rusty, you were bad today, do you agree or disagree?”

The response from the shot stopper and his gestures was one that suggested brutality was lurking in the dark press room.

He said “are you a spectator or a journalist? I don’t expect you to ask me such question. Villager!,”

Venom was showing in the eyes of Dauda by then as some journalists tried to calm him down but his tempers ware high.

In his anger he whispered and said "I will beat you when we finish. I will slap you" while he made the hand gestures and point at the Empire fm reporter.

Dauda's coach, Bashir Hayford intervened and answered the question that had resulted in the mayhem.

“I’m training him, I know his standard,”

“Saying he is rusty is too strong for him. He is not rusty. He did whatever he could as a goalkeeper.

“When you are standing in the poles and the ball is not coming, I don’t think you will be jumping and catching air.

“It is when the ball comes that he will catch it. So once you didn’t see him catching air, it doesn’t mean he is rusty.

“The question is too strong for him; I will not allow him to answer.”

Dauda after the presser was ushered by a policeman to the dressing room.
