Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel was quickest in each of the first two days, with Mercedes duo Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg looking ominous ahead of the 2016 season.

It was the Force India of Hulkenberg clocking the fastest lap on day three, though, recording one minute 23.110 seconds on supersoft tyres to easily top the timesheets as he was the only driver to use the compound.

Grosjean was second for Haas as they prepare for their first season in the sport, with Kimi Raikkonen third after he was made to wait by checks on the fuel supply system in his Ferrari in the morning.

Mercedes opted to send Rosberg out in the morning and world champion Hamilton after lunch, with the pair fifth and eighth fastest respectively and racking up 162 laps between them.
