She denied engaging in any form of business transaction with the said businessman hence there was no way she received money from him.

She allegedly conspired with her brother to defraud the businessman.

According to the prosecution, the musician and the brother identified as Frank Agyemang, aka, Killer Boss, sold a land which apparently did not belong to them to the businessman.

Akosua Agyapong and the man have been charged with conspiracy to commit crime and fraudulent transaction of land.

Frank Agyemang, pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail in the sum of GH¢160,000 with three sureties.

The court presided over by Mrs Cecilia Dapaa Mireku adjourned the case to October 24, 2017.
