He is now set for a semi-final showdown on home soil withLukas Rosol, who came from behind to defeat Andrey Kuznetsov 2-6 6-1 6-0.

The other last-four match will see second seed David Ferrer take on Marin Cilic.

Spaniard Ferrer, seeking his first title of the year, was dominant in his 6-2 6-2 success over Guillermo Garcia-Lopez.
