Councilman forgets to turn-off mic,transmits "loo session" over speakers

A council man sought permission from a council meeting to visit the toilet, and apparently forgot to turn off his microphone.

While the council meeting was going on, his tense moments in the loo was being transmitted via the council hall speakers.
