Ghana Powerlifting Federation to organise its maiden National Championships

The Ghana <a id="ad893437-9d14-4357-8325-16f8e7f69059" href="https://www.pulse.com.gh/lifestyle/mens-health/fitness-5-tips-for-max-strength-from-one-of-crossfits-strongest-men/1bgyn74">Powerlifting Federation</a> is organising its maiden national championships.

The event starts from 2nd to 3rd March and the finals will be on the 6th March 2019.

This is the maiden edition of the Powerlifting championships in Ghana since powerlifting has been introduced in the country.

Registration starts now and ends on the 31st January 2019. Audition will take place in the Northern sector, middle sector and the southern sector.

The Northern sector will be held on the 9th February 2018.

The middle sectors are Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, and the Western region. 

The Southern sectors consist of Greater Accra region, Central Region, Eastern Region and the Volta Region.

Each athlete can download the registration forms at ghanapowerliftingfederation.org/events

The winner will receive prices and also get the chance to represent Ghana outside the country as well.

The championship is organised by the Ghana Powerlifting Federation.
