Medeama climb to 8th position with 14 points from 12 matches whiles Bechem United maintain their 7th spot with 17 points.

Medeama have moved up to 8th in the Ghana Premier League table courtesy of a 2-0 victory over Bechem United at T&N Park on Saturday.

Defender Paul Aidoo broke the deadlock for the home side on the 30th minute mark from the penalty spot after Latif Salifu was brought down by Bechem United defender, Alfred Nelson.

Amos Koranyi doubled the lead for Medeama in the 41st minute when Bechem United goalkeeper Ernest Adu couldn’t keep out Latif Salifu shot as Koranyi struck home from the rebound as the ‘Mauve and Yellow’ took a comfortable lead into recess.
