Samuel Sukah excluded from match-day officials for week 9

The class one referee’s last assignment was the match between rivals Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.

However, he came under the spotlight after he awarded a penalty to the home side, leading to their victory.

Although the Referees Review Panel exonerated Sukah of any wrong doing following video evidences, he has been excluded for the list of referees to take charge of week nine matches.

It remains to be seen, though, whether the Referees appointment committee omitted his name to take his name out of the firing line.
