Asamoah Gyan registered his name on the score sheet when he stepped forward to score from the spot kick in the 82nd minute to draw Kayserispor level.
Before he sent them to a 3-2 lead and his teammate Wellinton completed the scoring.
Asamoah Gyan completed a 2-year deal with Kayserispor in a move that will earn him a little over 550,000 euros a year, which is way below what he used to receive in his former Chinese side, Shanghai SIPG.
