Richmond Boakye Yiadom moved to China because of Fabio Cappello

Ghanaian striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom says he moved to play for Jiangsu Suning because of experienced coach Fabio Cappello.

In a turn of events, Richmond Boakye Yiadom transferred from Red Star Belgrade to Jiangsu Suning for a 3 year deal worth 5.7m according to reports.

Richmond Boakye-Yiadom spoke to Kwese ESPN as he explained what inspired his move from Serbai to China.

Richmond Boakye Yiadom scored 23 goals in 28 appearances in all competitions in the 2017/2018 season before securing the move to Jiangsu Suning.

The 25-year-old has been in top scoring form at Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade

Jiangsu Suning will start the Chinese Super League campaign in an away fixture against Guizhou Hengfeng on 4 March 2018 at the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center.
