Swansea City are looking to bring back Andre Ayew to the Liberty stadium after lodging a £14 million bid for the Ghana international.
Ayew left the Swans in the summer of 2016 to join West Ham United in a move reportedly worth up to £20 million.
However, the 27-year-old has not enjoyed quite a good spell with the Hammers, having battled with fitness issues in his debut season.
The former Olympique Marseille star has also struggled for game time this season after falling down the pecking order.
The BBC reports that Swansea are interested in reuniting with Ayew and submitted a bid in the region of £14 million to land him.
The report, however, claims that West Ham rejected the bid outright, with the club demanding not less than the £20 million fee the paid to sign the Ghanaian.
Ayew has scored three goals for West Ham in the Premier League this season, but has most often found himself starting from the bench.
