The matchday four round of games came on across all league centers in the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

The highlight match was the game between Medeama SC and Asante Kotoko at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.

The game ended in a win for the home side, Medeama. They took an early from the spot kick in the second minute of the first-half.

Prince Opoku Agyemang beautifully converted the penalty kick after Agyemin Boateng was fouled in the box.

The Mauve and Yellows beat the Porcupines by a lone to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

The other big game on the day, was the match between WAFA and Accra Hearst of Oak at the Sogakope Park.

Hearts who lost their first two games of the season managed a goalless draw away from home.

The Academy boys who have had superior advantage over the Phoabians at the Sogakope Park since 2015 failed to breach the resolute defence of the visitors.
