- 1 banana
- 1/4 ripe cantaloupe, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Place banana in freezer overnight. Take banana out of freezer and remove the peel using a knife once it softens, which should take around 2 minutes. Cut banana into chunks and combine in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
