Add more nutrients in your life by trying a mash of Banana, peanut butter, spinach and a host of other delicious nutrients. The resulting mixture is happy and bright green, but it tastes more like bananas and peanut butter. If it's too thick, use more milk or/and less yogurt and peanut butter. Feel free to substitute nuts for your favorites

1/2 cup oats

2 tablespoons almonds, or to taste

1 cup fresh spinach

1 ripe banana

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste

1 cup rice milk, or as needed

Directions

Blend oats and almonds in a blender until powdery; add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend, gradually adding rice milk, until desired consistency is reached.
