Thief arrested by a swarm of bees, marched with the stolen items to the owners house

He ran in the streets as the bees marched him to the original source of his booty. He tried to drive the insects away with one hand, but to no avail.

Drama ensued at Uganda’s Masindi town when a man who stole woofer and other musical instruments was compelled to return them to the owner amidst pain and wailing, after a swarm of bees

The way and manner the unnamed thief was arrested was more embarrassing than if he were handcuffed by a police officer.

In a photo that has been making the rounds on social media, pain and shame were boldly written on the face and other parts of the man as he returned the stolen items to the owner.

A crowd gathered around him in amazement, while others take photos of him with their smart phones.

According to tuko.co.ke, the victim had gone to consult a witch doctor after the painful looting of his items, and the priest unleashed the bees on the thief, and they stung him until he confessed to the crime.

Photos of the hilarious incident went viral on social media after a Facebook user, Basudde Sam posted them on his page with the inscription, "A guy stole woofers in Masindi town and these bees were sent to arrest him. Someone direct me to the Musawo please."

It is however, not yet clear where and when the drama took place and what the full details of the alleged thief are.
