  • 750g minced beef
  • 3 large potatoes (diced)
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon K's Cuisine Multipurpose seasoning
  • 1/4 spoon K's Cuisine Cameroon pepper
  • 2 stock cubes
  • 1/2 spoon thyme
  • 3 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp cornflour or plain flour
  • Salt

Method

  • In a pot heat up the sunflower oil then add the Onions.  Saute for a minute or two
  • Add in the minced beef and stir until it changes colour.
  • Add K's Cuisine Multipurpose seasoning,  K's Cuisine Cameroon pepper, thyme, stock cubes and salt and then add water.
  • Cover the pot and leave to boil. When it starts to boil add in the potatoes and carrots. Cover the pot and leave to cook for about 5- 10 minutes or till soft.
  • Mix cornflour with about 20ml water and add this to the meatpie filling. This thickens the sauce and makes it creamy. Take the sauce off heat.
