The businessman Arnold Kwadwo Asante must also provide 6 surities who are gainfully employed as part of the bail condition.

Asante allegedly defrauded Kofi Adams of GH¢840,000 under the notion of using the money to pre-finance tyres supply contract secured from Goldfields Mining Ghana at Tarkwa.

He was to pay back the money after some time but refused to do so.

Asante was ordered by the presiding Judge to report to the police every two weeks.
