Actor to star as teen superhero in 'Static Shock'

After series of rumours, 'Walking Dead' actor Tyler James Williams, accidently revealed that Jaden Smith will star the in upcoming live-action series 'Static Shock'.

He revealed this during an interview at Comic-Con while commenting on the absence of young black superheroes - Hollywood Life reports.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he said “It’s great to see Static Shock is happening with Jaden,”  he added.

'Static Shock', a comic book created in 1993, was adapted into an animated TV series in 2000 by  Warner Bros. Animation.
