Jean Mensa has not contracted COVID-19 – EC

Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), <a href="https://www.pulse.com.gh/news/politics/watch-video-prophet-arrested-for-threatening-to-kill-ec-boss-jean-mensa/rdt1z3p">Jean Mensa</a> has not contracted COVID-19, the election management body has said.

Reports had alleged that the EC boss had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

A statement from the Commission, however, dismissed the claim, and said the EC Jean Mensa is "well and at post."

It said Mrs. Mensa was at the post and thus urged the public to disregard "he lies and fabrications and also treat the said story with the contempt it deserved.
