Galatasaray after Chelsea midfielder

With the January transfer just days away, the transfer speculations are back again along with a Turkish club interested in Chelsea midfielder, John Obi Mikel.

Mikel was on the verge of leaving Chelsea last summer but finally stay at Chelsea.

So far this season, the 28-year-old continues to be a bit-part player with just just nine appearances.

According to , Galatasaray are planning a swoop on the midfielder.

Fenerbahce and Besiktas were interested last summebut it seems Mikel could finally make a move to Turkey in January.

His agent John Shittu recently revealed that he is unsure of a new contract for the midfielder in Chelsea.

“Now we have to wait and see what happens,” he said about the contract.
