Julianne Moore declares 68th edition opened

On Wednesday night, May 13, 2015, 54 years old Julianne Moore declared the 68th edition of the annual Cannes Film Festival open in France.

The American-British actress and children's author declared the film festival open in the Grand Théâtre Lumière after a ballet choreographed by Benjamin Millepied and Lambert Wilson.

Also spotted on the stage before the official opening were the Feature films Jury, Rossy de Palma, Sophie Marceau, Sienna Miller, Rokia Traoré, Guillermo del Toro, Xavier Dolan, Jake Gyllenhaal and their Presidents, Joel and Ethan Coen.

Other top celebrities spotted on the red carpet include Naomi Watts, Katrina Kaif, Lupita N'yong O, Natalie Portman and Sienna Miller.
